Our GST is33AAGCK4135K1ZK The manufacturing process of PPC Cement begins with the careful proportioning of Ordinary Portland Cement (OPC) and Fly Ash as per ISI standards. These raw materials are mixed in a hopper before being fed into a ball mill grinder, where they are finely ground and blended to achieve a uniform consistency. The blended cement is then transported using a screw conveyor and lifted by a bucket elevator to ensure smooth movement through the process. Once the grinding and blending are complete, the PPC cement is stored in a dedicated PPC storage tank, ensuring quality retention and protection from moisture.
Following storage, the cement is transferred to the packing machine, where it is packed into 50kg Sai Ultra Gold cement bags for commercial distribution. A loading belt conveyor then moves the packed cement efficiently for dispatch. This ensures seamless handling and quick transportation to dealers, distributors, and construction sites.
