Kalaimahal Cements Private Ltd., located in Virudhachalam,Cuddalore District in Tamilnadu. The plant was commissioned in March 2014.The manufactured cements for surpass all the stringent quality Control parameters set by the Bureau of Indian Standards (B.I.S) and the Research & Consultancy Directorate.
The manufacturing process of PPC Cement begins with the careful proportioning of Ordinary Portland Cement (OPC) and Fly Ash as per ISI standards. These raw materials are mixed in a hopper before being fed into a ball mill grinder, where they are finely ground and blended to achieve a uniform consistency. The blended cement is then transported using a screw conveyor and lifted by a bucket elevator to ensure smooth movement through the process. Once the grinding and blending are complete, the PPC cement is stored in a dedicated PPC storage tank, ensuring quality retention and protection from moisture.
